There are so many things that you get reminded of when I say the word 'Wedding' - Bright Colored Clothing, Exquisite Jewellery, Shy Expressions,Colorful Decorations, mantras, rituals, Flowers, Vows, Delicious Food, Music, Dance and what not
Every wedding would leave us with some beautiful memories and your own one ....Its something that would stay etched in your mind forever....

DeleteThat brought back a whole of memory on my own wedding. I was so religiously keeping the thali well below, and every one were shouting the same way. Just the difference is - thali tying happens twice for us...2 similar thalis are tied one after another. Phew..that is a heart thumping moment isn't it?

ReplyDeleteLol...cool post. funnily written. Never attended a tamil wedding. I think I did attend a half tamil wedding of my school classmate. Her husb was a Tamil Brahmin and I think it was the inlaws wish to tie the sari tamilian style. :)So, did your aunt's blessing come true? LOL..
